Tiferet Bet Israel

From Generation To Generation

Members of the TBI Community

Our Vision

Built on a rich heritage of over 100 years, Tiferet Bet Israel is a contemporary Conservative Synagogue, housed in a modern facility in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Our membership draws together a diverse community of all ages comprised of families, seniors, students and singles. We enthusiastically welcome Jews of varied backgrounds to join us and become part of our warm, friendly and caring environment. With a strong focus on spiritual, educational, charitable and social programs, the TBI community embraces Jewish values and beliefs and transmits these from generation to generation.

Tiferet Bet Israel offers:

  • Seamless Jewish training, spiritual growth and camaraderie are provided by our Jewish preschool and religious school which engage and inspire our children from Kindergarten through Confirmation and throughout life. Schools are supplemented by our active youth choir, USY and Kadima youth groups, and an on-site summer camp program. Numerous educational programs are offered for life long learners.

  • Our egalitarian Shabbat Services offer an opportunity for prayer, learning and spending time together as a community, outside the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. From our musical Friday Night Service to our Young Family Service or our more traditional Sanctuary Service, there is a place for each of us to share the Shabbat experience.

  • Our Spiritual Leaders inspire our Congregants to move forward in their Jewish learning, participation and observance.

  • Through our strong, well-established Hesed, we support each other and reach out to our community with acts of loving kindness and other charitable activities.

  • Our organized social groups (Women's League, Men's Club, Senior Adults, United Synagogue Youth and Kadima) and special events programs build a strong community of lasting friendships.
