WELCOME Mandy Schaible
DIRECTOR OF THE LOKOFF EARLY LEARNING CENTER
Mandy’s passion for education started as a young child while creating play classrooms with her siblings. Later in life, Mandy knew that she wanted to be an integral part of working with and advocating for children. She is passionate about creating a safe, learning environment for children to thrive in socially and developmentally. After graduating from Kutztown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, she returned to the Philadelphia area. Her ability to address the needs of the Center, as well as those of each child, and establish a comfortable rapport with the parents make her an excellent Director. A beloved FELS staff member for nine years, Mandy’s nurturing and hands-on nature make her an outstanding professional in the field of early childhood education.
“Being the Director at the Lokoff Abramson ELC is such a rewarding job!” Mandy believes that, “watching children develop socially, emotionally and cognitively with support and encouragement from their teachers fills my heart. It is an honor to work with wonderful families and talented educators each day.”
In her free time, Mandy enjoys running, yoga, reading, spending time with family and enjoying a good book on the beach.
